Vertically integrated

One group, from raw material to your dock.

Everything Highpuris ships is made by our own group in Gujarat, India — Satyendra Fine Chem, the group parent and a manufacturer of inorganic chemicals at Dudhwada since 1986, and TresPure Speciality Chemicals, which makes dry salts and high-purity solvents at Saykha. A deviation is answered by the group that made the material — never passed to a toller.

Why purity decides yield

A metal ion on a wafer is a defect.

≤ 1 ppb

Mobile ions

Sodium and potassium migrate through gate oxide and shift threshold voltage — so Na and K are held to ≤ 1 ppb.

≤ 0.5 ppb

Transition metals

Copper and nickel form recombination centres and cut carrier lifetime.

≤ 100/mL

Particles > 0.5 µm

Released limit for Ultrapure PPB; ≤ 25 per mL for PPT grades.

Handling and storageStore in HDPE or PFA containers only — never in glass. Keep below 25 °C in a ventilated, bunded area away from alkalis, glass and silicates. Hydrofluoric acid penetrates skin and causes deep, delayed burns with systemic hypocalcaemia. Calcium gluconate gel must be immediately available wherever it is handled and any exposure requires urgent medical attention. Never use glass apparatus.

Handling and storageStore upright below 25 °C in vented containers, away from light, heat, metals and combustible material. Never return decanted material to the original container. Hydrogen peroxide decomposes slowly, releasing oxygen — containers are vented and must never be sealed tight or transferred to unvented vessels. Contamination with metals or dust accelerates decomposition sharply.

Handling and storageStore tightly closed at ambient temperature away from direct sunlight. High-purity grades absorb carbon dioxide and leach from packaging over time — use within the stated shelf life and never decant back into the original container. Purity is lost from the moment a pack is opened. For ultratrace work, open only in a clean environment and choose the smallest pack that suits the application.

Handling and storageStore tightly closed in a dry place at ambient temperature. Sodium chloride is hygroscopic in humid air and cakes on storage — keep packs sealed, avoid relative humidity above 60 % and use the first-opened pack first. No segregation is required; keep away from strong acids and oxidising agents as a matter of good practice. For the molecular-biology and trace-metal grades, open only in a clean environment, use dedicated spatulas and never return material to the pack.

Manufacturing

Four decades of manufacturing behind every drum.

Satyendra Fine Chem has manufactured inorganic chemicals (acids, bases and ultrapure reagents) at Dudhwada since 1986; TresPure makes dry salts and high-purity solvents at Saykha. Highpuris supplies them from stock in the United States and the United Kingdom.

Why it matters to you

Specification stability is a manufacturing decision.

Specification stability

A grade made on the same plant for years does not drift between qualification and production.

One accountable party

A deviation is answered by the people who made the material, not passed on to a toller.

No third-party pack risk

HDPE containers are made by group company Pristius Pack, and ultrapure packing stays inside a trace-metal clean room under ULPA filtration.

Sustainability

Water-based phasefluid chemistry from IFX Technologies GmbH replaces NMP, acetone and DMSO/TMAH in stripping and lift-off — supplied by Highpuris across North America and APAC.

Sustainability · IFX Technologies × Highpuris

Cleaner. Faster. Greener. The layer is lifted, not dissolved.

Phasefluid® from IFX Technologies GmbH (Leipzig) is a patented, water-based microemulsion that replaces acetone, NMP and DMSO/TMAH in photoresist stripping, metal lift-off and adhesive removal. Highpuris is its authorised distribution arm for North America; group company TresPure is its manufacturing arm for the APAC region.

It reaches the substrate interface and lifts the fragments clear.

The chemistry you take off the floor

Water-based (> 20% water), pH neutral, readily biodegradable and not flammable, with a single CLP pictogram. Removing NMP removes a REACH-restricted reproductive toxicant and its exposure monitoring; removing acetone removes flammables handling.

Qualified with resists from AZ, Fujifilm, JSR Micro, TOK, Shin-Etsu MicroSi, DuPont and others, and independently assessed by imec against a TMAH-based process.

Cost study at a semiconductor wafer manufacturer: €1,259,232 old process vs €409,614 with phasefluid. Individual results vary by process.

Green energy in our plants

Green energy in our plants, green chemistry in our customers'.

500 kW

Solar plant commissioned in 2025

Commissioned end-to-end at the group's Vadodara operation, moving manufacturing onto renewable power and reducing the embodied carbon of everything we ship.

Certified environmental management

ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management and ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety, both UKAS-accredited. EcoVadis documentation has been submitted, targeting a Silver medal rating.

What it means for you

  • Lower embodied carbon. Renewable-powered manufacturing reduces the Scope 3 footprint of everything we ship.
  • Safer process chemistry. The IFX Technologies range removes NMP, acetone and DMSO from the wet bench.
  • ESG reporting support. ISO 14001 data and an EcoVadis scorecard to feed your own disclosures.
  • A long-term supplier. Investment on site is investment in continuity of supply.

About Highpuris

A supply arm with a plant behind it.

Highpuris builds resilient supply chains for critical high-purity materials, delivering to semiconductor fabs and laboratories across North America and Europe. What we sell is manufactured by our own group in Gujarat, India — which is how a US and UK operation can guarantee parts per billion.

Why that matters

Buyers of ppb-grade chemistry are right to be wary of pure traders.

A specification query, a deviation or a complaint is answered by the group that made the material — not passed down a chain to a toller we do not control. Common ownership and a common quality system give you one point of accountability, whichever group company invoices you.

The domestic market

TresPure sells into India's pharmaceutical, photovoltaic, semiconductor and analytical industries in its own right — and is the manufacturing arm for IFX Technologies across the APAC region. India is not just where we manufacture; it is a market we serve directly, on the same specifications we export.

What it means for an export customer

  • Cost base without the compromise. Indian manufacturing economics, European certification discipline.
  • Scale already built. 22,200 m² across two plants — not capacity we plan to add.
  • Continuity of supply. A plant running the same grades for four decades does not disappear mid-qualification.

Capabilities

One supplier for the whole wet bench.

01

Manufacturing

Satyendra's 15,000 m² cGMP plant at Dudhwada manufactures inorganic chemicals — bulk and reagent-grade acids and bases.

  • Technical, LR and AR grades
  • Custom concentrations
  • Volumetric solutions to order
02

High-purity solvents & salts

TresPure's 7,200 m² unit at Saykha makes high-purity solvents and dry salts, with clean-room filling for the PV Pure and ultrapure grades.

04

In-house packaging

Pristius Pack makes the HDPE; glass and FEP are selected for each product's reactivity and leachability.

  • Multi-layer HDPE, GL45 neck
  • FEP for ultrapure
  • IBC to 16,000 L tanker volumes
05

Clean-room packing

Ultrapure grades are packed in a trace-metal clean room under ULPA filtration.

  • ≤ 100 particles per mL (PPB)
  • ≤ 25 particles per mL (PPT)
  • Closures to DIN 32 and DIN 45
06

Regulatory & documentation

Documents written to the rules of the market the lot ships into.
